The Viking E-Series Grill

The new Power Porcelain™ cast iron grate design retains heat better than steel while guarding against rust and aiding in cleaning at the same time. The redesigned stainless steel grill burner now reaches 29,000 BTUs and provides superior heat coverage to the entire grilling surface.

The new Easylift™ canopy system vastly improves ease in opening the grill canopy. LED lighting lines the control panel to aid in nighttime operation, and the canopy lights allow the consumer to keep an eye on their meal no matter what the hour. New cast metal knobs, redesigned bezels and redesigned side burner grates match the indoor Viking products and provide more durability in the elements. In addition, all control panel graphics are now permanently laser-etched during production, ensuring long life and durability.
